Terms of Service

FlipWise provides advisory analysis of public Facebook Marketplace listings. We do not verify legality, ownership, title, VIN, IMEI, seller identity, or item condition. All decisions are yours.

Free accounts are limited to 20 analyses per calendar day. Pro and Power accounts are subject to a fair-use ceiling of 1,000 analyses per day. Sustained automated requests are not permitted.

Plan entitlements are resolved server-side on every request. Sharing accounts or bypassing tier checks may result in suspension.

Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 14 days of purchase for unused service.

Do not use FlipWise for stolen goods, counterfeit items, or any analysis that violates Facebook's Marketplace policies or applicable law.

FlipWise is provided "as is." We are not liable for losses, damages, or missed opportunities arising from any analysis or recommendation.

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be emailed at least 30 days before they take effect.
